Hello yall i plan on doing a head and cam swap our just a cam swap. Will be a wise decison to replace the stock lifters?

If you have over 50k and a radical cam, might as well. COMP CAM 860-16 are good to .600 lifts, cost ~$290.

Comp cams R lifters are only 200. Thats what i'm gonna get.
