hom much lift on stock springs?

hom much lift on stock springs? Hi guys I just bought a second LS1 its a 99 ws6 I was wondering seeing how its different from my 02. How much lift can the stock valve springs take Ihave some 1.8 rockers I want to put in but not yet If. I need new springs. Thanks for you help.

^ i don't think thats right. the stock cam lifts to about .500, and the hotcam lifts to .525, but i'm pretty sure both of those springs could handle more... how much more? i do not know.

The only way I would keep stock springs are with stock cam and valvetrain. too many people have had problems with this, I wouldn't take a chance. LS6 springs (either type) should work fine for higher lift rockers.
