ok from what i understand this cam is really good for spray. but i'm also thinking of running a ati setup instead of the 150 shot. the lsa is too small for the blower right? if i retard the cam when i install it will that make it more blower friendly? now i know i should just go buy a cam that would work with it but this thing has been sitting in my office for about 6 months i want to use it bad. so what do you guys think? screw it and go with the juice, retard the cam for a blower setup?

If you have the money, I would by all means go with the blower. With the blower you can have all that power any time you want, whereas the spray has to be refilled often if you use it often.

I asked my engine builder if retarding a cam would actually give me more power in a certain RPM range. He said that every time that he has tried to advance or retard a cam, he lost power on one end, and did not gain on the other.
It made sense to me. Maybe someone has experiemented with cam timing and dyno numbers???

Thought would say you will need more exhaust due to forcing the charge in on the lower intake.
I have that cam and its good DD and spray. If you like the rest of the cam but want to use it for FI, get one ground on 116*, my friends D1SC WS6 rocks. I know you already have the 112*, but a thought.
The 112* will not do good with the FI. Really, I would like to go with the 116* for spray as well.
