Default Ok need some help, milled heads nd TSP 231/237 cam.

I know the correct answer is to use check springs and measure, but I am willing to run a risk at this time.
Stock bottom, no notches, using the TSP 231/237 cam, installed straight up, how much can be milled (roughly) before there is some issues?

Also, what is the stock compressed hed gasket thickness, 2000 Z28?

And how do I figure out the quench area, and what is too much?
I probably need to supply more info, if so, chime in and let me know whats needed.

TIA,
Charlie
