Default Upgraded valvesprings need retune?

I've noticed my idle drops below 800 and the engine shutters quite frequently. Seems ok on accel but seems a little down on power. I have new ls6 intake gaskets, it held over 12inches of vacuum up to 15. I have new plug wires (two had burn marks in them), no SES light. It acted similar to this when the driver side 02 went out three times but it always set a SES light. I'm wondering if the difference in spring pressure and rates would cause an erratic idle being that it was tuned with Scoggin Dickey manley springs. I broke a valve spring a month or so ago and Scoggin Dickey (josh) hooked me up with a deal to upgrade to Patriots. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Someone here at work thinks it's the tune and is running too rich. Not sure if that would affect my idle like that.

Another friend of mine thinks it's a knock sensor. Any ideas?
