Default Will I clear the pistons with this cam?

238/244 .610" / .615" lift (lift given with 1.7 ratio rockers) on a 112lsa

Stock pistons and valve size...

So would a 240/240 .608/.608 112 cam clear heads? or even better 240/240 .608/.608 111?

Like I said, the only way to know for sure is to mock it up. One reason is because unless you've had it cam doctored and know the specs are exact, there is a relatively high potential for a slight misgrind which could go in the direction you don't want it to. From those 2 cams, the 112 would have a better chance of clearing, but who knows.

Depends on what the intake centerline is. If they are on a 108 icl then you will have no problems comparing them to the TREX.
