Default AFR 205 question

How much would you need to shave off the AFR 205 heads to raise the compression ratio to 11:1?

Sorry if this is a repost but I wasn't having to much luck with the search.

Default Just to further clarify...

With the use of .040 gaskets .024 is correct (62 cc's)

Stock head gaskets are thicker and will yield slightly less than 11 to 1.

So 60 cc's would be 11.3 with the same gasket? I can get 94 octane in Cleveland; what is the safest compression ratio I can go N/A on 94?
