Absolute Speed Cams? Are they good?
I've never heard of anyone using these, like you hear Thunder racing, G2, MTI ETC.... Since Im upgrading heads, I want to rip my current TR224 cam out, and was interested in absolute speeds'
231/227 .601 .567 cam. My heads will be double valve springed, using 5.3 truck heads. milled only .003 for straightness. Will I have enough Piston-to-valve clearance?

I havent tried one of there cams yet but I have there stage 2 heads and they are great. I would have bought there matched cam but it wasnt out when i got mine . Jay has been testing several different cam specs for optimal power matched set with his heads. You cant go wrong with absolute speed products. Give Jay a call he will set you up .
Good luck

It would most likely give very similar results. If it's a good price I'd say go for it!
