Default what rpm range for 3000 stall?

most shops, or retailers list a rpm range for a cam.. like for example...

FMS Custom Grind Camshaft - 228"/230" .576"/.595" 114LSA - aggressive profile with a 2200-6600 RPM range, fair idle

what rpm range am i lookin for with a 3000 stall? 1800 an up 2200 and up or 3000 and up even? want to go as big as i can go, just wondering about how big that is.. want something with split duration to b/c im spraying.. want it to help on spray, n/a and have a nice sound/lope to it! lol ive searched most the threads on her and posted one myself i think a week or so back, please dont give me a hard time im just trying to find the best setup i can for my car.. power comes before streetability to an extent! wont drive her everyday.. but would like to be able to make it to a local hang out once in a while!
