Best custom grind for my situation???

Best custom grind for my situation???
To make a long story short, I ordered a cam from AS and to no prevail, never got the cam. So the CC company is handling it from here. Though I still want a cam to get the most from his heads. I feel the tr224 cam is not taking full advantage of what these heads can do. I only put down 409 through a full catted exhaust. Here is what I have and what I am looking for. I just need some advice on what to order. Cams are very complicated once you get into them.
AS 5.3 stg II heads. He ported the heads to flow the best up to .575 lift. That was due to the tr224 cam I have now, so I would like to keep the lift at or near .575. Idle is a concern, but want it to idle rougher than the tr224. Want to take advantage of the AS intake, 78mm AS tb, and the heads ofcourse. Jay say the heads were unmilled and yielded a CR of 11:1.
Here is what I was getting from him, comp grind 230/236 .575/.575 on a 114 lsa w/ 2 deg. advace ground in to bring the power band down some. My problem is there is alot more to ordering a cam than what info I know. What more do I need? Like type of lobes, different rates and lifts at certain points? All this is greek to me.
Is a cam like this going to make a difference, or should I stay with the tr224?
More details in the sig. Thanks to all who can help. My search buttom letters have worn off.

Please go back to working on Vinci's web site.... "skippy"

overall i'm sure you're an upstanding guy. you have alot of knowledge you share some of. and for that we thank you. but, just because the cam isn't 'custom' ground for a particular situation doesn't mean the person won't get the most out of their combination.

you think it's neat. but, what do the PAYING advertisers think about it??? i know how much it costs to advertise here. it's not cheap. if he can advertise for free, then all the advertisers should also.
