Default Head flow #s/ Cam selection?

I had a set of heads flowed this weekend to find out what I really had. Bought a used set of 853 casting heads that have basically a stage 1 cnc port job. Nothing real fancy, but were reasonably priced for a budget build. 853 castings, stainless 2.02s-1.57s, light port job.
Flow sheet #s
Valve lift Intake Exhaust
.050 33.4 25.5
.100 66.9 51.0
.150 100.3 76.6
.200 134.3 102.1
.250 165.0 120.5
.300 195.6 138.9
.350 220.8 154.7
.400 245.8 170.5
.450 266.5 181.5
.500 281.7 188.5
.550 282.2 194.9
.600 280.4 199.5

Craig at GTP Racing in Houston,Tx flowed these for me. These are real world #s and are about what I expected. I'm about to do a engine swap with an 02 shortblock, these heads, QTP longtubes & 3" ORY, LS6 intake, SLP dual/dual catback, Vigilanti 3600 conv, 3.42s, and undetermined cam specs.
Hoping to get the 98 Z28 , A4, full weight car into the mid to upper 11s and still be very driveable. and keep RPMs 6400-6600 max!
I'm open for suggestions and comments. What do ya'll think?
Thanks Floyd

are the exh.numbers flowed with a pipe?JMO,but i would flow the heads with the ls6 intake in place and the exh. thru a pipe, this will get you a more accurate idea of what the heads flow installed.that would give a cam grinder a better idea of what would work best.futral cams does custom grinds,as do some other sponsors on here.

The exhaust #s were not with a pipe, he indicated that #s with a straight pipe in place are deceiving when compared to a actual header tube that turns 90 degrees abruptly off of the port?

i didn't think about that.i always thought it was better to flow the exh. with a pipe,as some porters that post on here have stated.but Craig @ GTP knows a lot more than me.

A straight pipe always raises the flow numbers, because extending the port length adds flow stability. Using a actual curved header primary pipe is the only real world method IMO. I have bolted whole header to my heads while testing and it flows closer to no pipe on port at all but doesn't flow better. Just a heads up.

Floyd,

Like I mentioned before, theFutral F13 or MTI G1 are my favorites for your application. Can't go wrong with either as they are very similar.
