Default Lots of oil on my intake runners?

I have a catch can but it does not seem to be working for one thing, vaporized oil just seem's to go right through without condensing and collecting at the bottom of the can.( I still have a small oil film on the back of my throttle blade). I took off my intake and found thick film of oil on my intake runners. The heads are AFR 205's and the thick film of oil covers my intake all the way up to the intake manafold, I used blue thread locker on my rocker are bolt's that protrude into the intake runners also, I know that thread locker is not thread sealer but still Do you all think I'm still getting oil pass the rocker arm bolt's or maybe the valve seals? if it were the valve seal's could I still have oil all the way up the intake runners on my head's to the intake? Thanx in advance.

P.S. I also removed one of my heads and found **** load of carbon build up on my pistons already with only 1500 miles on them after I cleaned them up and installed New head's.

I wish I could, would be nice to have a digital camera, But really worse than I've seen compared to my other car.

With a bigger cam it will have more crap in the intake FWIW.
I run a breather on my car with no PCV. The crap actually looks like a mixture of fuel and oil.. The overlap in the cam has alot to do with it.

Mine is not the only one I have seen like this either. Mine has a light coating on it.

As for the carbon buildup on the pistons that is normal. Especially for a street car.

Thanx for the reply, I'm gonna look into the Metco breather option.
