Default Are the "SIR" I-Beam Eagle rods any good?

They are only like $265. How much stronger are they than stock? Thanks.

They're on the eagle website = www.eaglerod.com under products, then chevrolet, then LS1, then go to rods. 6.125" with the .927 wrist pins = $265

yea thats really a question id like awnsered... i was origionally going to run just forged pistons with stock rods to enusre i broke nothing on a 150 shot with cam/heads... now im thinking if those are definetly better then stock, might be worth it.

The SIR rods are 5130 (I think don't quote me ) not 4340 like a normal forged rod. They are stronger than stock though however I believe they are heavier.
