Here is my crude math, and taking into account the following quote:
Ok, MLS gasket is ~.054 thick IIRC. So, using the above car as a guide, I would have ~.015 more P to V clearance just from the gasket thickness difference, which would put me at ~.109/.140 clearance assuming the heads are milled .024. So, hypotecially, if I were to go .030 or .040 even, I would still have plenty of clearance. [Disclaimer: I know I can't judge my setup working based on anothers measurements, but it is a rough guesstimate]

The AFR 205 head will provide you with an ADDITIONAL .010-.015 piston to valve clearance when compared to a stock 65-66 cc chamber LS6 casting. Assuming you mill either the 205 or a factory LS6 casting to the same "lower" figure for additional compression, you will always have slightly more piston to valve with the AFR 205.
