Default question about cam removal

I just removed a comp cam out of a 2000 Ws6 trans am and for some reason it was very hard to remove. Has anyone else had a problem like this before with either comp cams or any other cam. i have installed many cam but never had a problom like this.

Sometimes if you don't hold your tongue just right they can give you some problems. If the cam looks good then I wouldn't worry.
