Default MTI flow numbers

i got my stage 2e heads in and im pretty impressed with the intake flow numbers but im a lil disappointed in the exhaust side. my heads flow 298 at .600 on the intake side but only 204 at .600 on the exhaust side. i figured the exhaust side would be up to 220-230 at least. any reason their exhaust side is so much lower than most companies' stage 2 heads??

Probablly because the 2e's are the cheaper models aren't they? Why would they make there 2E flow as well as there 2R or whatever they call them?

even the stage 2r heads only flow around 215 on the exhaust side. its really low compared to other stage 2 heads.

Well, the bottom line is, the MTI heads have always performed. I guess that is all that matters in the end. It's not all in the numbers.......

I don't think they flow the exhaust with a pipe...but as others have said, regardless of the exhaust flow numbers, the customers running the heads are laying down some impressive numbers on the dyno and at the track.

I would disagree...
...not all their (MTI) customers...
