Default What gaskets should I replace?

I am reassembling my shortblock after the machine work is completed, I already ordered:
Headgaskets
2 rocker bolts(stripped head with a broken socket)
1 crank bolt
Any gaskets?

If reassembling a short block, why not get a complete gasket set?

If the motor is all apart, there is no reason not to replace every gasket. It's not that expensive and it sucks to have to take a new motor back apart due to $5 gasket.
