Default MTI R1 vs. FM 9

Could you guys tell me how much power I am missing out on by having a lower lift cam (R1) vs. a same duration cam with higher lift? (F9)

To keep it simple, lets just say they have the same ramp rates.

MTI R1: 232/236 .575/.578 114
vs
Futral F9: 232/236 .585/.598 114

Should I be regretting my relatively low lift?
Is there ANY upside?

My car will be dyno'd as soon as it is broken in. I'll be spraying a 150 shot.
Anyone shed some light?

Thanks!

You have a big cam and a heavily modified motor. More lift would have been a good idea. With a forged 347, how may revs do you turn? However, that is .575, not .525, so its not going to be that much different.
Is there ANY upside?
Less stress on the valvetrain, especially the springs.

totally depends on your heads / valves. How much do they flow at .600 vs .550? If there's a 10% difference there, you're probably missing out on 2-4% difference in power, so maybe 15HP at best. I wouldn't change it; ten thou is not very much, and your valve springs will just last that much longer.

looks like around 10-15 cfm? from 575 to 600.

Flow chart for 2E is here: http://www.motorsporttech.com/fbody_engine01.asp
