well stock sizes are 1.89/1.55 in the 4.8L heads. i just had vinci do they got the seats cut to fit the 2.02/1.60 ferrea valves. pics of it here: http://www.stealthram.com/2000pontiacformula.html

I have personaly put 2.02/1.6 in a 5.3 head. Looks like to me all of the factory LS style heads have the same size seats in them. The 5.3 seats are real thick so that is my reasoning for that.
