Default Anyone have any FFHP H/C dyno/track results to post?

Curious to see how their heads perform (both 5.3 and LS6) with different cams. They sound like a solid deal...

I'll also have some results with 5.3 heads and a 233/239 cam. Can't wait...

Give me two weeks here as well. We got a longblock from them, should have it broke in and final tune in the next 2 weeks. FWIW, they look bad-***.

How much different are the Stage 2.5s from my Stage 2s (they are both 5.3s)?

Thanks
Ben

I just bought a h/c package (LS6 style heads) from them about a week ago. I am doing the install in 3 weeks and heading to the dyno shortly thereafter. I will post up results as soon as I get them.

I got this email from a guy about these heads. Thought you guys might find it interesting:

1st contact through ebay b/c i had placed a bid on their heads:

Fyi i bought a set of LS1 cnc stage 2 heads from these guys. i put them on my motor & they made 10 rwhp! they did not send flow sheet & will not respond to my emails. beware! Frank

2nd email reply:
Yes: i am refering to forced fed high performance in kentucky. i was surprised by the results & that they have not offered to even look at the heads if i shipped them back to them. they did not send flow sheet as posted on ebay & when i contacted them & requested it they said they would send it & never did. now they won't respond to my emails. i have forgotten my password on LS1 tech. i have requested it & you will see my post soon. i do use LS1 & LS2 & you will see a post as to my results. call Sean 972-288-9500 who is the owner of fastech he has banner on LS1 tech. he installed the heads & did the dyno 10 RWHP is what he got.
I gave it a couple days since he said he was going to post here but since he hasn't yet I figured I'd post it.

sounds kinda fishy to me ... i wouldn't believe some random guy with no facts ... unless fastech decides to reply and show some truth to this, well then it's gonna get kinda messy isn't it

i personally don't have ffhp, but there heads look good and their prices aren't half bad

I got a flowsheet with my heads. Did this mystery guy do anything besides e-mail them? I did have a couple of e-mails that got no response, but everytime I called Brad picked up the phone.

KB99WS6- maybe you need to have ALL of the facts straight before you post something.
The person in question bought the heads off of Ebay and it seems that for some reason he does not get our responses to his email, he NEVER picked up the phone to say that there appeared to be a problem. In my emails I offered to pay to bring the heads back and check them out, I have no control over emails getting through his spam filters. I emailed his flow sheet since they were left out of the box when the heads shipped. Again I guess he did not get the email. So instead of picking up the phone and calling he assumes we are ignoring him and starts to bash us in public(he has posted in the sponsor feed back section).
I told him I had concerns about the cam specs but he assured me everything would be ok, but the specs are 236/242 .595/.625(yes .625). The 10rwhp gain is due to (I imagine) bent valves from P to V issues.
The heads were CNC'd by TEA and finished in house here at FFHP, hell I took a loss on these heads, but that was a risk I took having them on Ebay with no reserve. Still he got a quality set of heads, but if the issue turns out to be FFHP's in anyway I will fix the problem or refund his money, every last penny.

yeah that cam is most likely too big to be running on those heads...that's what you get when you have people that "know it all" and are too ignorant to pick up a phone

awesome customer service ... i applaude you for tryin to get everything worked out with your customers to make sure every single one is happy, even if they are being a$$es bout it ... but as far as the cam and ptv issues, i don't know the whole story but if the work was done by fastech i'm pretty sure they are competent enough to have checked ptv clearance before installing that size of a cam.
