Do a search under my name or "AFR 205"....there has been MANY threads posted by myself and others with the exact combination you seek. It is essentially the package we designed to show off the attributes of the new AFR 205 cylinder heads. Stealthy, perfect driving manners, and lots of power when combined with the right tune and mix of "complimentary" components.
My car was extremely close to passing a CA sniffer test and in the right conditions and with a slightly different tune maybe, but if someone absolutely MUST pass, its probably best to use a 224/224 or something slightly smaller depending on the level of risk your up for.
Upon re-reading your post I see that you are looking for results besides mine....I would agree there are quite a few out there....you might want to poke around the CF board as well.

Thanks Tony. For making my head hurt! 10 pages 234 threads on AFR 205's alone. Alot of good info. Alot of usless dribble. Some I have allready read the past four months. Not done yet. Still looking for a couple of dyno sheets on stock motor with a few bolt on's. I will keep looking and poke around in the CF board.

This is the setup I'm using and I love it. The car idles well and has great street manners. It is a beast when I put my foot into it. I haven't had a dyno tune yet and don't have any dyno numbers, because I've run into a couple of small problems when I put the car back together (e.g. not sealing the timing cover correctly and then punching a hole in the radiator after fixing the cover, DUH).
I can't give you any info on CA smog laws but I know a couple of guys here in NJ have passed emissions with the combo.

I'm seriously considering AFR 205's with the baby cam in my sig. Additionally, I have a Jantzer ported TB, 28.8 injectors, LS6 intake, some other stuff. I'll post numbers and race track times once the heads are all said-and-done.
I had posed a similar question and Tony gave me the same answer after I had already searched until my head was about to explode just trying to differentiate fact from fiction. In his defense, I did find this seems to be the perfect cam for the AFR 205's. In my defense, he could have simply taken 15 seconds and answered my question.

I have the AFR setup with the exception I put my cam on a 114+4. CR 11:1, LT headers w/ cats, CAI, UDP, MTI TB, sstock exhaust all this is on 2004 gto M6. RWHP 418 RAWATQ 386. Hope this helps.

Tuned by MTI wh did the install. Yes and no on everything hoped for. I wanted more out of the setup but you never get what others get. Overall I am happy with the setup. It drives almost like stock except when you put your foot down. I do think the stock 2" exhaust is costing me about 10rwhp so then I would be about 430rwhp and if went to the fast 90mm setup maybe another 10 to be at 440rwhp. Who knows. I plan on adding these in the future. I will eventually be going to a 408 or 427 for this car to get the power I really want. But it is a good set of heads down low it is reall punchy and the claims from the higher velocity are right on. I would definitely do it again. Just with a bigger cam or custom cam from EDC.
