Default hp difference in 6 liter heads compared to ls6 heads

I'm planning on putting a blower on my car so I am going with ported/polished 6 liter heads. How much more power would I have gotten now with ported/polished ls6 heads?

Your doing the right thing. The LS-6 and 6.0 heads carry almost identical ports and you'll get the lower compression you need from the 6.0's. In ported applications, the LS-6's flow a tad better, but nothing drastic.

For your setup you have made the right choice. The LS6 heads are a better flowing head stock for stock than the 6.0L heads and can be worked to really flow well. The 6.0L heads can also be worked to flow really well though not as well as the LS6 heads as there are differences in the ports. For you the difference is minimal and the 6.0L heads are going to give you a lower compression and allow you to run more/safer boost than the LS6 heads would. Plus the true LS6 heads are still pricey.

Yeap I agree, 6 L heads with 76 cc chambers are what you want. Your goal should be 9.0:1 CR, you might have to mill a little to achieve that.
