Default Plug wire came off, reconnected, should I check anything else?

Just bought the car yesterday, apparently the previous owner left one plug wire off on accident, so I hooked it back up, car has a big cam so its hard to feel a big difference but it seems to run fine, no missing or anything. Should I check anything, or assume its fine now? I guess my concern is if the coil can burn out from not having the ground from the spark plug.

Also check the wire for burn-through. The lack of a small gap to release the spark energy causes a much higher voltage buildup on the secondary side of the coil that can easily burn through the plug wire insulation if there is a ground nearby. Might want to replace the wire just to be on the safe side.

Will do, I was actually concerned with the fuel washing down the cylinder, maybe just being paranoid.
