Default Oil hole in lifters. Help!

On the hydraulic lifters there is a small oil hole in the middle of its length.
Is the lifter going to be to be mounted with this hole vertcaly up or down?

Need your answere since I cant find any instructions at all, and my GX1 cam is in and Fed Ex just delivered my AFR 205.

Regards

Anders T.

It doesn't matter which way you put them. When I disassembled my stock motor, they had been installed randomly from the factory, and that's the way I put them back in.

When I was reassembling my motor I forgot which way they came out. I called both Thunder and MTI, they said it doesn't matter.
