Default cam in my trans am

i have a 99 trans am with a custom cam the specs were secret but i believe they were 586/566 234/224 112 Lobe Center. i also have comp 918 springs with hardened steel push rods. I was wondering if anyone new if i need to get my computer tuned to those specs the car runs good and has a nice lopey idle but sometimes it dies, does anyone have any info on what other part i need like bigger fuel injectors or spark im not too sure. i have air mods and borla with headers also. i would appreciate any help

Yep....112 LSA usually need a tune. Warm starts are a pain.
I had a cam installed and I got and LS1 Edit tune. The car needs more air in its closed loop system (something like that). Also some people drill a little bit bigger hole in their throttle plate instead of a tune. Others mess with the TP sensor instead of a tune.

Also, one of the tech guys on here said that stock injectors are usually good up to 450 RWHP, but I don't knw for sure.

Default tune

Yes you will need a tune. I'm surprised you don't have a ses code thrown.
I put a 226/226 578/578 cam in mine and had problems on start up. Took a few times to get it right but ls1 edit can do it all

Well, where do you live? I'm assuming you bought the car with the cam already in it. Stock injectors are definitely fine with your setup.
