more mods Hi, i was just wondering what people's thoughts were on some engine mods. i have heard claims that rods/lifter/valves alone can give you gains of up to 15 or more horsepower, is this true? how about an LSX intake manifold. I plan on getting a gear soon, yet im not ready for turbo/super/nos yet. anyone have any ideas of what I can do to give my car a little more boost. I'd like to be in the 11's w/o a cam. My current mods are listed on my signature. any thoughts would be appreciated.

Jeff,
You are not going to run 11 s without extensive engine mods(cam, heads, etc) or boost from a blower or turbo or a big shot of nos. Nos is cheap in short run. the other 2 ways are not cheap.
