my asa cam having xvalve noise

Default my asa cam having xvalve noise

the asa spec is 226/236/525/525
not big at all .but i use 7.350 prods it kinda lower the noise down i was wondering if any anyone with asa cam hads the same noise

i had this cam... but i put in chromemoly pushrods at 7.4 and they worked great

i have this cam with manley 7.4 length pushrods. no noise.

might want to check the torque on your rockers and re-torque them if necessary...

Bent pushrod, weak lifter, etc. Any thought as to something being broken?

i know cant be the lifter they new stock ones and the p-rods are crane ..

I'm using Patriot Gold Duals... I get some valvetrain noise, pretty normal with an aftermarket cam. Also it's amplified by my LSX intake...

Since everything is new, then maybe 7.4's are what you need.

but stock are 7.4 right ..when i put 7.4 on they were loud and i went with 7.350 it kinda lower the nosie down but still there may it's setting off my knock sensor ????
