Default Valve train noise

I am running a TR224, .563 lift cam with 918's. Stock rocker arms and lifters. It sounds like a sewing machine. I know, I know our cars sound like this

However, has anyone found that by replacing the lifters and/or rocker arms the sewing machine sound goes away?

What brand(s) work to help quiet things down. I really do not want to switch cams if at all posible.

Thanks

Default

don't bother, have same noise with all this stuff. 10w-30 mobil1 seems to be quieter than 0w-40 mobil 1 though
