Question ls1-ls6 cam

Quick question,this should be an easy one, I have a 99 ta-stock,would like to put a ls6 valve train in- any model year-cam restrictions for this swap??(im new give me a brake)

Nope, the LS6 stuff will work fine in your T/A. (at the end of the month my LS6 cam & sprins will be out of my car & for sale. )

If you use an LS6 cam, springs, you should get 7.45 pushrods.
7.40's will work, but they do not put enough preload on your lifters and result in a noisier valvetrain.
See the LS6 cam has a smaller base circle, so GM compensated by putting longer valves in an LS6 for correct geometry and lifter preload.
