Default Help me pick a cam

Hey guys. I'm getting a cam and 'verter when I get the car paid off later this year. I'm trying to do my research now so that I can budget, save, and get the parts just as soon as the car is paid off.

What I'd like to do with the car is get into the mid/high 11's all motor/cam-only. I'm going to build another motor later on, so I don't want to put too much into this one.

Here's what mods the car has now:
Pacesetter LT's (Race), TSP True Duals, 160 thermo, SLP lid, FRA, Precision 3.73's, shift kit, tuned with HP Tuners by gomer.

Here's what mods I'll be throwing on as money allows in the next few months:
LS6 intake, Bo White Ported TB, ASP crank pulley, TCI SSF 3500 Converter.

What cam will work well with these mods and stock heads/bottom end? I want a fairly big one, such as the TSP 231/237, TSP 233/239 or FMS F14. I'm not too concerned with drivability, since the car is going to be garaged after it's paid off. I'm mainly concerned with piston-to-valve clearance and (reasonable) valvetrain durability.

Also, the car has 58,000 miles on it now. I'll probably put at least 8,000 more on it before I can put the cam in it. Would it be a good idea to have the heads pulled and a valve job done and/or new valves put in? I've heard that the stock hollow-stem valves aren't that strong above 6400 rpm. I don't want to get all this work done only to snap a valve stem. I'm definitely going to get the upgraded dual springs, hardened seats, and titanium retainers.

Anyhow, any input or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Have you considered a G5X2 by LG Motorsports? It makes great power and sounds like a monster

I would seriously consider the F13. It maintains great drivability and produces great usable power.
