Default cam choice in a month

Coming up I will be putting a cam into the car. I have two that i really have been looking into. 233/233 and the 233/239 from TSP. I really want a loppy idle, but here is the kicker, i also dont want to go though springs every 10,000 miles or so. Any sugestions would be great, or other cams out there. This car will have stock heads also for now.

neither cam will go through springs in 10k miles. if you're that worried about cam spring life get a 224

Ya, but the 224 just does not have the power or idle of the others i have mentioned. Or does it?? I dont want to make a mistake here, any help is great. Also, TSP is right down the street, so it helps out for tunes and no shipping cost.

call TSP then. neither of those cams will burn through springs too bad, and they will both give you pretty good usable power.

When I talked to TSP about my Torquer cam, they said that I should have no problem getting 20k out of the Patriot springs. If your car sees track use regularly, it would be a good idea to check them at 10 or 15k just to be on the safe side.

I have heard a lot about the F13 and F14 cams. Will those be a good stock headed cam? I have talked with the TSPs in person, real nice guys, that is why i lean that way for there stuff.
