Default Should cam/crank sprockets be changed with timing chain?

I did a search and did not come up with what I wanted. I am getting ready for a cam swap. I bought an LS2 timing chain for the car, but my question is are you supposed to change the cam and crank sprockets if you put a new timing chain in? How many of you actually have done this (or have not). Lastly, how difficult of a procedure is it to change the sprockets (I assume it's no worse than putting a double roller on)? Thanks, Pete.

Just do the chain. Sprockets wont really wear nearly as much as a chain will stretch.
