Default Spark ping? pretty sure it is!

I had a heads/cam package installed by Lingenfelter. The overall performance of the package is terrific. When I'm running at low RPM's, up to 1500 in drive, (a4), and kick the throttle down, (doesn't have to be WOT), I hear what I'm pretty sure is spark ping. It only lasts till the rpm's come up a few hundred. Also, it doesn't do it after I've run it at WOT a few times. My questions; is it bad gas, (I always put 93 octane in it), or is it because of carbon from driving it at low rpm's for awhile? The heads are LPE ported ls1, with compression at about 10.9 . I don't know the specs of the cam, LPE said they couldn't tell me, it's their "latest design". Naturally LPE tuned it, but, I was wondering if it could be running lean? Or is it just in too high of a gear, (drive), for such low rpm's?

Also, I've been working on my Signature, hope it doesn't look ridiculous!!! Tell me if you think it does! The signature I mean.
