Decided on engine need help on some details. Well I think I finally decided on the engine, as an Eagle crank, Eagle H beams, Diamond nitrous pistons, Better rings, ARP head studs, 246/250 cam, new stock lifters, hardend pushrods, ported oil pump, double heat treated timing chain. The engine will be a 408. What heads do you think I should run. I am tight on cash, I was looking at the TEA stage 2.5 5.3 heads from texas-speed for 1600.
Do you think I should try to save for the Fast 90mm manifold or just put on a ls6 for now. Or what heads do you think I should run and what cam do you think would be best for my 408. Also do you think this 408 could handle a 200 shot of nitrous with ease? Thanks!
