oil pressure-temp???

oil pressure-temp??? I just switched my oil from the mobil one to the german castrol 0 30w. I noticed that at some times my oil pressure drops a little when at idle and my temp gauge is now reading a little lower as well. Any idea if the oil had that much of an impact???
