Default 224/224 vs. 227/224: Substantial difference?

Sorry to make yet ANOTHER cam post guys, but I've been doing some reaseaching latley and I'd like a little input on this.

I noticed that the 224/224 cam seems to be far and away the most popular cam goign around here, I was looking at TR's site though and I noticed the 227/224 and 230/224 as well. There's no descriptive difference between the cams, all say they deliver optimum power from 2200 through 6800, so in reality is there a substantial difference between these cams?

This would be on a bolt-on car, looking for 400whp on motor (lid, LT & ORY, catback, LS6 IM, BW TB) and maybe a little shot down the line if that makes a difference. To date, my cam decision seems to be somewhere between the Futral F12/13 and TR 224/224 and the aforementioned cams.. Thanks!

Well that answers this question. Nice graph JRP
I wonder what causes the 227 to have 2.8 rwtq more than the 230,
looks like trq might peak 100 rpm sooner too.
