Has anyone here tried to contact them lately? I ordered a F-13 cam 2 weeks ago but they are not answering emails or phone.

I know Candy always provides a top notch customer service, so I wonder if something happened...

If you know anything please share, thanks!

I called and talked to Candy yesterday morning... gave me the tracking number of my cam, which was delivered today. You might want to try calling 10-11am our time, as I've gotten through immediately both times I've called around that time.

I ordered my F13 on March 17th... so its taken a good 4 weeks to get to me. I'm thinking yours is probably on a similar time frame. Unfortunately that means if you ordered two weeks ago, it might be another couple of weeks before yours comes in.

i talked to kip about my cam order and there waiting on the new shipment of cams to come in...i called them 2 days ago and he said they would be getting some within the next 2 days. so maybe they got some in...im sure they are filling the orders as they come in too, so they might still be filling orders from 3-5 weeks ago, so it might be some time before we get our stuff...just gotta be patient, but i know how you feel..

Took me about 4 weeks to get everything also. I think that they are still really swamped from the cam special.

well i ordered my cam the first day of that GP, and it took a month to get to my door, it was no big deal and i told them to take there time, as i told them yesterday when i ordered my rods... told the guy to take his time and get the others out he needed to get out first since im in no hurry at all. basically it sounded like a assload of ppl ordered a assload of f11/f13/f14 camshafts, a assload of spring/rod kits! i mean most ppl would pay 500$ for a f-13 camshaft that have had one in there car, so when the price drops 60$ to $340, i imagine there going to get backordered on some stuff, after about 3 weeks i called to make sure the had my shipping info right, its possible ur address or something got mispelled, other then that im sure they will get to you as soon as they can man

Candy, any word on my Crank bolt? I've been waiting since February...

I've missed two Thunder Racing ARP sales on bolts in that time

Call them.

I've called a bunch of times late in the afternoon(once this week) and Kip or Candy alway answer. Took 4 weeks to get my stuff but I was told that up front and it was no big deal.

Candy just emailed me a tracking number, so it looks like they are on their way.

Just a follow up, I was contacted by Kip AND Candy this weekend, and it ended up being a murphy's law thing -- the cam is ready to ship, I am in AZ for the weekend, the TEA guys also finished the 5.3 heads but they charged my CC first and of course........ Futral couldn't charge anything 'cause it maxed out -- oh well, I just paid it off so I'm calling Futral tomorrow to resolve the issue.

As usual Futral has always TOP NOTCH service and I recommend them to everyone.

Thanks for the call Candy and I'll talk to you on Monday Apr-18th

FWIW, I've always had excellent dealings with Futral and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

I have no more fingernails left while I wait for my car to be finshed.
