Default Getting my CETA back from Speed Inc. tomorrow, 4/16 (Hopefully)

I took my CETA into Speed Inc. last Saturday for some mods.

My current mods are in my sig, but basically just a lid, 85mm MAF and Y/Cat-back. They did a "before-dyno" to get a base for HP. The car put down 335rwhp with only those mods, so I was really excited.

This week, they installed a custom grind CompCam 224/224 .581/.581 on a 112LSA, Comp 26921 dual springs, Comp 7.4" ChroMoly push-rods, a Hypertech 160Stat, NGK TR55 plugs, Taylor wires, SLP high-flow bellow, Hooker ceramic coated LT headers w/ stage 8 bolts, and their "Speed Inc. True-duals" with RandomTech high flow cats, Magnaflo 2.5" bullet mufflers, and capped with Corsa Pro-Series Dual Tips. Then of course, they are dyno-tuning it. I've been waiting to have this stuff done for well over a year now, so I really can't wait to get the car back. Looking for 400 or better rwhp when finished. The ASP underdrive crank pulley didn't come in, in time, but they are gonna through that on later when it arrives.

Larry, at Speed Inc., has been very cooperative in keeping me posted via e-mail as to their progress. Thanks, Larry.

I'll post up some tuning numbers when I get them. This site gave me all the research I needed to decide what sort of package I wanted to put together. Thanks for all the reading you gave me.

Burning out soon enough! (EDIT - Numbers from tune in sig)
Paul

That should be fun. Going from bolt-ons to full exhaust (with duals), mild cam and tune will feel really nice. You should love the way the duals sound too!

Default This just in..............

Just got word from Larry at Speed Inc. that the CETA is being washed right now, and will be ready for me to pick up first thing in the morning. I can't wait.

Numbers from the tune:
403rwhp
380rwtq

I can't wait to hear and drive it!

Thanks to Speed Inc. for getting it done in just a week.

Default Cam gave real SOTP feel!

The car is so strong now, and just feels way faster.

Definitely sounds modified, but not obnoxious.

Thanks tons, Speed Inc. It's just awesome.
