ok, so i was just driving along the other day (30 MPH in 2nd gear) and all of a sudden i got a real bad knocking noise and my oil pressure drop down to about 20. so i checked the oil and that was good and it sounds like its coming from the top end. any ideas of what the problem could be???

98 formula LS1 93k miles, mods: lid, pacesetter lt's, true dual exhaust, maf descreened

also knock increases as rpm increases
