turque spech on ls1 fly wheel any one???

Default turque spech on ls1 fly wheel any one???

does any one no the turque spec s on a ls1 manual fly wheel if that makes a difference

Specifications - Torque Specification
Notes First Pass 15 lb. ft.
Second Pass 37 lb. ft.
Final Pass 74 lb. ft.

From what i've been told, you should just impact it! I ****** torqued mine to spec, and triple checked it and had blue threadlock on 'em, and the ****** bolts backed out. I had to get another new tci flexplate cuz the bolt holes got all messed up, there went almost $200 down the drain!!!!

how about the presure plate to flywheel on a spec stage 3 cluch? should the presure plate be flush on the fly wheel or does it have a 1/16" gap?

Pressure plate will only go on one way. The touque spec is 52 Lb/ft. Use Loctite on the bolts and start the torque sequnce at 20, then 40, then 52.
