Mis-fire related to Injector knock?

Recently I have been having an injector knocking on the left side of my engine, or atleast that is what I think it is. I also have a mis-fire, not sure on what # yet though. Could one some how cause the other? And if so, how can I fix it? Tune up, injector cleaner?

what you mean injector knoking.They make a thiking sound but a big knock to create a missfire???May be it is bad and create a lean condition in that cylinder.
