Lean on pass side

Lean on pass side I know its not a ls1 but no lt1 guys have answered so here is my problem.
My header is glowing on the pass side which im assuming is from a lean condition but I havent pulled the plugs or hooked it up to laptop yet. IM also getting a lot of low rpm stumbling that smoothes out the higher the rpm I go as long as I dont give it a lot of gas. There are no vacuum leaks, new plugs, mew opti spark(distributor)..new injectors new tps sensor.. and not throwing any codes. Although I did pop the hood at night and I saw a few arcs happening on the pass side. I thought though that if there was a misfire it would make the car richen up not go lean. Let me know if you guys have any ideas im really at a loss here and just wanna get this new motor runnin
