2003 Z06 used heads?????

2003 Z06 ls6 used heads????? someone is selling a set of stock LS6 heads off a 2003 Zo6, they have approx 14,000 miles on them. Nothing wrong with the heads, springs are still in them.......around the 800 dollar price......
now first question is can these be ported more, and i will be getting a cam soon around the 230/232 or something like that. my mods are in my sig, and my goals are around the 415HP range but higher will be ok, and looking to run about 11.5 or better.....any suggestions please let me know...thanks

You will have to mill the heads to get 11.5 but not too much. Sure, the LS6 heads can be ported like the LS1 head. The F13(230/232) and a nice set of milled/ported LS6 heads will get ya 425 or better easily.
