Default does your engine make a grinding noise when you turn it off?

Ever since I put my cam in, my engine make a weird grinding noise when I turn it off. It's hard to hear due to the loudness of the car, but I can catch the tail end of it. When it is running, I can't hear it even if I am under the hood listening. Is this normal?

My engine sounds different when I turn it off with the cam, but I attributed it to my higher idle speed. It coasts longer before it stops.

I don't hear a grinding noise. There are various new or more pronounced sounds with mods, I havn't heard any grinding....
