Default o2 SES light question.

When i replace my o2 sensor, will my SES light go out, or will i have to have it cleared?

Thanks =)

I had an SES light because my O2's went bad. It went away within five miles of putting new O2's in.

I could tell mine were shot. It was running RICH and bogging at low RPM due to all the extra fuel. It smelled like gas/fumes a lot worse than normal. Had the codes pulled and it confirmed that it was most likely the plugs.
