just took my heads off ??? (techs help)

my exaust valves are all white. and there is whites buildup on my spark plugs. what causes this?? what should i look for??

Looks lean to me too. Have you used a WB on it? Whats your AFR like?

after i put the heads on i will be using my new wideband. can i reuse the same plugs. they are not very old. also what do i use to clean the carbon buildup on the pistons.

a friend used a dremel with some brass brushes to clean the buildup on his pistons.
