Default intake installation with milled heads

does anybody what i have to do to get my ls6 intake to fit with milled .55 60cc ls6 heads? getting ready to install next week and i read that the intake bolt holes have to be ground down? is this true? and if so how much?

you have to notch the holes at each end.call LPE or PM Ed Potter.they'll let you know exactly what you need to do.

not any milled heads,just ones that have a lot milled off of them,like .055 .mine were milled .045 and i'll probably have to notch the bolt recesses too.

whoops,i just noticed you didn't say what heads you had,i assumed they were the GMPP ls6 heads,that's why i said to call LPE.

How much compression does that give you? What length pushrods are you gonna use?

11.2:1 compression. gmpp calls for 7.350 pushrods
