Default Time for my 60K Maintenance--what do I need to do?

Ok...My car is currently at 64,000 miles and I'm thinking it's time I get a tune-up and some other maintenance done on it. I bought the car with 29K miles on it, and I haven't done any kind of maintenance on it except for standard things like oil changes and brakes. I put a K&N Air Filter in a month after I bought it, but haven't changed anything else. I drive an A4, so I'm thinking tranny fluid and filter change, as well as a coolant flush, along with plugs and wires. What else should I be doing as part of the tune-up/reg. maintenance?

Things I would do: Change the rear, tranny, and radiator fluids. Change the spark plugs (ngk tr-55) and wires (taylor). If you still have the stock air filter, I would get a new one, or a K&N.

I would clean that filter also. I think 777 covered everything else.

What these guys said. Change the oil, trans fluid and filter, change the rear end fluid, change the coolant. I'd suggest mobil one synthetic all the way around and royal purple in the rear end with gm limited slip additive. then id use any descent dex cool in there. maybe change the brake fluid the next time you do the brakes too. id also just inspect everything under the car. On top of this you might want to get a new 2003 Corvette Z06 PCV Valve if you havent already. A new Fuel Filter will be in order as well. I change my fuel filter every 10000 miles. Definetely go NGK tr55 or tr55ix for NA or tr6/tr6ix for juice and personally, id go with MSD wires. This should be about it. heres how i do my maintainence...

oil......................5k with mobil one synthetic
trans..................30k mobil one synthetic
rear....................20-30k royal purple with gm limited slip additive
coolant................30k with dexcool
fuel filter.............10k miles
plugs...................15k miles with tr6's but going to change to tr6ix iridiums
plug wires............30k miles
brake fluid............35k miles
pcv.....................10k miles

My schedule is arguably a bit sooner than what a mechanic may tell you, but i believe in preventative maintainence. not like my friends LT1 car with 150k on everything even plugs and wires. the stuff i do at 30k ive read to do at 40-45k in books and mags. fluids are cheap insurance, go synthetic and use soemthing good. fuel filter every 10k miles religiously. do it, and you wont be sorry.

yes, the 03 Z06 pcv valve is better and will fit any f-body. it works differently(if you skake it it wont make any noise), and the valving reacts faster. it just plugd in the boot that plugs in the left front of the intake near the TB.
