Well looking to upgrade cam and see what your alls take is on it. I have STOCK LS6 heads so keep in mind. Was looking at TREX but everyone tells me with my heads wont clear. All cam suggestions are greatly appreciated. All mods are in sig and looking for best cam possible without flycutting pistons.

Yea, decide what you want, your goals, I just went from a 226/585 to TSP 233/239/600/605 and if I didnt have the 59cc PP heads the tq would be kinda low but since you have 4:10's.......you know you can deal with it, just dont go to "The biggest cam I can find" syndrome. Then you wont like driving it around on the street. My .02

It will clear stock LS6 heads, but the PTV clearance is even tighter than on LS1 heads. Something that should be done the right way. (degree cam, probably clay it as well to determine the exact PTV clearance)

But like JRP said it depends on your goals and uses. For a street car the T-rex is a little much for a lot of people. If it's a trailor queen with huge gears and all that you want a big cam. All depends.
