if you actually mean the valve guide, getting one will be the least of your issues. removing and reinstalling and the honing the guide will be the bigger issues. the head will need to come off(you may already know that).
if you only need 1 guide and have a way to replace it yourself, I have a bunch of bronze one and can just send you one.

the heads are off the car i will be taking them to the machine shop im am looking to chnage all of them while im at it it whould be the smart thing to do rite?
